As a Content Writer, you create your own content. In your work as Content Manager you support your colleagues from other departments in creating content. In short, you are responsible for both of these areas.

• Company-wide management of our entire content (editorial calendar, regular meetings etc.)
• Coaching and moderation of colleagues who create content in other departments
• Creation of your own content supported by your team of graphic designers and translators
• Creation of compelling customer journeys, newsletters and articles
• Success stories and testimonial interviews with inspiring customers
• Involvement in the creation of videos and presentations
• Creation and updating of our e-learning products
• Publication of the content on our website and all social media channels
• Interaction with our target audience, in particular the timely, competent and creative response on social media, crafted to each specific target audience
